INTERIOR PAINT
High quality acrylic paint with a light satin look for interior use
A superior quality paint that dries to an elegant eggshell lustre. Use on properly prepared plaster, concrete, bricks, masonry, gypsum board, and wood. It has no unpleasant odour and features a spatter-resistant formulation, fast dry, and excellent covering qualities. Provides a durable finish that is more washable than a flat paint. Suitable for schools, hospitals, nurseries, offices and areas receiving above normal wear.
Cleaning – all the properties of this color appear two weeks after the application. Stains and scratches can be removed with a wet sponge, water and detergent.
Available Sizes : 1L, 3L, 10L
Colors : White and over 3.500 tinted colors are available from the Moor-O-Matic Color System.
Spreading Rate : 10 – 11 m2/ l per coat
Dry Time at 20°C : 1 hour to touch, 2 – 4 hours to recoat
Thinning : Ready for Use, if necessary thin up to 5% with water
For application by : Brush, roller, spray

Performance Guide
- Weather Resistance : Not recommended for exterior use.
- Heat Resistance : Up to 65°C
- Water Resistance : Scrubbable. Allow 7 days after application for firm to cure.
- Abrasion Resistance : Resists burnishing.
- Solvent Resistance: Good resistance to white spirits. Sensitive to aromatic hydro carbons and alcohols.
VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds): 519 COLORSTYLE Eggshell Emulsion: belongs to the category A/a WB [Interior matt walls and ceilings (gloss <25@60O)]. EU Limit: 30g/l (2010). This product contains 29g/L VOC
Surface Preparation
- Surface to be painted must be clean, dry and free of grease, dirt, dust, flaking paint and mildew.
- Dull glossy areas by sanding. Apply two coats of 519 COLORSTYLE Eggshell Emulsion after priming the surface as outlined below
- New Plaster, Gypsum Board : Prime with a full coat of 192 Aqua Grip Eco Primer or 570 MOORESTYLE Alkyd Multi-primer.
- Masonry, Concrete, Bricks : Prime with 182 SUPER SPEC Stabilising Primer or 181 SUPER SPEC. Alkali-Resisting Primer.
- Previously Painted Surfaces : If surface is sound, prime with 023 FRESH START Eco Primer. Fill nail holes and cracks and sand when dry. Patched surfaces should be spot-primed with 023 FRESH START Eco Primer. If previous coating is old porous lime, apply an overall coat of 182 SUPER SPEC Stabilising Primer.
- New Wood : Prime surfaces with 572 MOORESTYLE Alkyd Undercoat or 023 FRESH START Eco Primer.
Application
- Stir paint thoroughly before use.
- Apply by brush, roller or spray.
- Use a short nap roller on smooth surfaces.
- Thin as 5% with clean water.
- Do not apply at temperatures below 10°C.
- Drying times are longer in cool/moist conditions.
- Equipment Cleaning: Clean equipment in warm, soapy water.
